Conveniently located in the heart of Winterbourne, The Grove Residential Home is a specialist dementia care centre, rated “Outstanding” by the Care Quality Commission. With 35 private rooms offering exceptional standards of comfort.
We are looking to welcome an experienced Deputy Manager, who can help keep our home well-led and a delight to live in.

We’ll discuss the role in more detail when we meet, and in brief, the role involves:

• 40 hrs a week, 24 hours working on the floor, 16 hours (x 2 8 hr shifts) Supernumerary.
• Mainly Mon- Fri, would need to work weekends to cover sickness or holidays.
• Leading a team to deliver fabulous standards and maintain our Outstanding rating.

To succeed, you’ll have:

• An excellent knowledge of safeguarding and CQC regulations.
• Proactive person
• Great communication skills (both verbal and and written).
• The ability to lead a team and ensure standards are maintained.

You’ve definitely worked in residential care before, either as a deputy in a similar environment, or as a Senior, perhaps in a larger home, and you feel ready to take the new step.
