Description:
Join the Crystal Care Solutions team as a Deputy Care Manager in one of our registered Children’s Homes. This rewarding role offers a diverse daily experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare
- Full UK driving license with business insurance
- Willingness to sleep in following a 2 on, 4 off rota
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ensure the safety of young people in care
- Encourage and motivate young people to participate in activities and education
- Lead staff teams in a residential childcare setting
- Ability to manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager
- Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young Person’s Workforce or equivalent
- Experience of Ofsted Inspections
- Knowledge of current legislation in the sector
- Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and sleep-ins
