ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (preferably Avionics) or a related field.
- In-depth experience with cybersecurity, flight operations systems and aircraft connectivity.
- Fluency in English; any additional languages are considered a plus.

The Deputy Manager Flight Operation Technical Development is in charge of the following:
- Spearheading key projects and providing technical solutions within the Flight Operations area.
- Coordinating cross-divisional projects including the introduction of the Boeing 777-8F into Cargolux Flight Operations
- Implementing new digital tools involving the EFB (Electronic Flight Bag), improvements in systems used by the IACC (Integrated Airline Control Center) and the digitalization of Flight Operations in general with a strong focus on Cybersecurity aspects.
- Administrating and continuously improving various Flight Operations systems such as the EFB and taking a leading role within Flight Operations for all Cybersecurity and EASA Part IS matters.
