We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Deputy Manager (Mental Health) to lead our dual diagnosis service for addiction and mental health in Longsight, Manchester.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Experience in mental health service provision and team management
• Effective multitasking and prioritisation skills
• Excellent leadership abilities
• Confidence in multidisciplinary and stakeholder discussions and meetings
• Strong relationship-building skills with all stakeholders
• Experience in provisioning new services
• Strong IT skills

As Deputy Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations, deputise in their absence, and oversee the direct supervision and line management of the team. Your goal will be to ensure the highest care standards, helping our clients make the most of every day.
