Deputy Manager - Penarth

at  Cancer Research Wales

The post holder will have a broad range of responsibilities which will require significant initiative and flexibility, ensuring they work at all times in a professional and timely manner.
The position will cover our Penarth store and may occasionally involve covering our other stores in the South Area at either Rhiwbina, Whitchurch, Talbot Green, Merthyr or Blackwood (travelling expenses payable).

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a clean Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle
• Willingness to cover our other shops in the Cluster and where necessary travel by public transport.

• Deliver Best in Town service through customer interaction.
• Lead the team by example and achieve great store standard.

Support the Shop Manager to assist in always driving great customer service

• Endeavour to strengthen and promote the Cancer Research Wales brand.
