JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Deputy Mobile Operations Manager to lead a team and fleet of vehicles, overseeing the Mobile people functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in security and be a service-driven leader with a strong focus on operations.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security
  • SIA license
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Service-oriented with a focus on operational excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible attitude towards working hours
  • Commercially astute and results-driven
  • UK driving licence and access to the vehicle

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Managing day-to-day activities, ensuring the highest standards of security, and driving team performance.
  • This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a flexible approach to working hours, and commercial acumen.
  • Leading and motivating our people across the branch to deliver excellent level of service to our client.
  • Proactive workforce resourcing and planning ensuring that all officers
  • and staff are available and trained to the levels required
  • Ensure that client and Company standards are met through the correct management and retention of all staff in line with the clients’ service level
  • agreements.
  • Manage and monitor all direct costs in the most efficient way to ensure maximum quality in an economic way.
