We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Deputy Operations Director to lead our dynamic team and oversee the integration and enhancement of our operational systems.
About the Role: As the Deputy Operations Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our core departmentsIT, Facilities, Patient Support Services, and Quality Assurance. Your leadership will ensure these teams excel in supporting our mission of delivering exceptional care and innovative treatments to those we serve.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • A strategic thinker with outstanding leadership skills and a passion for healthcare excellence.
  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare facility, with a strong preference for experience in substance use disorder treatment environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance operational systems and manage complex healthcare operations.
  • Preferred certifications: Ideally Certified Medical Manager (CMM) or Certified Healthcare Administrator (CHA).
  • Compliance with state-specific healthcare facility operational management licensing requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize the operational performance of multiple departments.
  • Spearhead strategic planning and implementation to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to health regulations and maintain high standards of patient safety and care.
  • Drive initiatives for quality improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, collaborating closely with the executive team on financial strategies.
  • Mentor and support department directors, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
