The role and what we are looking for
We are looking for someone who can support the Head of Year, deliver individual pathways, set high expectations, and will focus on the targeted intervention and tracking of our most vulnerable students, ensuring the make good or better progress. You must be willing to model and support the Oasis ethos.
This role is essential in the development of the Academy as it grows in size, year on year, to eventually house 1500 students.
This position is a part-time job share position working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday term time only plus inset days.
