Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:
Assist Project Managers with the development of projects within the Western Parkland City Development (WPCD) in North-West and South-West Sydney. You will assist project manager/s for strategic planning, concept development and delivery readiness phases of projects.
Your tasks will include design management, environmental assessment, tender documentation, contract management, stakeholder communication and management, project investigations, project controls, documentation, business case development and investment assurance. You may be asked to manage a smaller project by yourself.
Working as part of a functional mixed team, you will coordinate with professional service contractors and internal subject matter experts to prepare design and development documents.
You will be responsible for project management tasks including, planning and preparing for stakeholder meetings, contract administration, project controls including financial and safety management, and document controls throughout the project lifecycle.
Have proven knowledge of civil engineering, project management principles and transport development and evaluation, relating to large scale multi-disciplinary programs or projects.
We have one permanent opportunity and a number of fixed term opportunities ranging from 20 months to 35 months duration.
We offer flexible working arrangements with the position based at our Paramatta office approximately 2 days a week.
