Description:

We are looking for a Deputy Project Manager Intern to join our team.
A successful Deputy Project Manager Intern will provide, contract support dealing with administrative, contractual, financial and tax matters through a collaboration with Project Managers and guidance of Corporate Functions.
Able to provide support on risky & complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to use company computer software and other technology to improve work efficiency.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently by listening and sharing information with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to identify issues and risks, analyze and understand underlying causes, and devise appropriate action plans.

Understand and anticipate customer needs, applications and values. Focus on customer total EXPERIENCE and LIFECYCLE.
Create a sense of win-win partnership.
Qualifications

Required skills

  • Good written and Oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Graphs.
  • Fast learner and adapt well to change.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
  • Analytical skill set and ability to interact with any level within an organization.
  • Active Students from Engineering Majors o Business related majors, graduation date August 2025 or later.
