EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Your journey has already equipped you with five+ years of experience in sales, particularly in electronic device sales, FMCG, or financial services. You possess a sharp business acumen and strategic decision-making skills. Your passion for M-KOPA’s mission is palpable, and you’re ready to inspire your team to new heights.
You have proven your ability to build and manage networks of field teams and regional representatives. Your project and stakeholder management skills are top-notch, enabling you to seamlessly coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
You are highly motivated, with a strong sense of ownership. Your communication skills—both verbal and written—are exceptional, allowing you to influence and lead effectively.
