You will be encouraged to develop your deputy sister / charge nurse role within a busy but supported environment. There will be opportunities for continued clinical learning, as well as on-going leadership development.
If you are already a skilled and experienced critical care qualified nurse who is ready for the next challenge, then this may be your opportunity. You should excel at communication, staff development and teaching and be proactive in recognizing and responding to the need for clinical improvements.
You will m aintain high standards of care, ensuring care is delivered in accordance with Trust and National guidance and ensure that the rights, dignity and confidentiality of the patient are protected at all times
