Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic nurses who would like to take the next steps in their career and become Deputy Sisters/Charge Nurses.
As a Deputy Charge Nurse/Sister you will be responsible for the coordination of the department on a daily basis alongside the Ward Sister supporting the team towards the delivery of high standards of patient care.
As part of the senior Nursing team you will ensure that a supportive and proactive working environment is maintained. Within the role your own learning will be further supported with guidance from the Ward Sister looking at your own individual developmental needs. You will be heavily involved in service improvement, training and education, appraisals and staff recruitment and retention.
