We are looking for someone with leadership experience to join the team to provide some operational support to the existing Team Leader and to join the wider leadership team. There will be scope to continue to work clinically with a small caseload but the main focus of the role is operational leadership. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who aspires to take on a band 7 leadership role in the future.
The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced CMHT manager and will benefit from regular supervision and a development plan to help prepare them for a band 7 leadership role.
The post is open to people from all professional backgrounds with experience working in mental health services
