This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who aspires to take on a band 7 leadership role in the future.
The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced CMHT manager and will benefit from regular supervision and a development plan to help prepare them for a band 7 leadership role.
The post is open to people from all professional backgrounds with experience working in mental health services
