Description:
- Efficient coordination of all operations functions (Warehousing, Freight forwarding and Distribution)
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, personnel policies and procedures.
- To meet delivery volumes by planning and forecasting
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Maintains warehouse staff (including in house delivery team) by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- In charge of change process to enhance cost efficiency and inventory accuracy
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Analyze and strategize to reduce overhead warehouse cost eg. Planning delivery route
- Any other duties as assigned by the Company
