Description:

  1. Monitoring & Increasing Patient Visit Count
  2. Ensure MIPS Quality Measures Are Being Met
  3. Monthly Office Visits & Checklist
  4. Monthly Meeting for Staff
  5. Review Bi-Weekly Payroll & Overtime
  6. Office Reviews (Patient)
  7. Monthly Meeting With COO/CFO to Review Monthly Reports
  8. Provider Meetings & Cosmetic Training
  9. Ensure 80% of Calls in Office Answered
  10. ASC – Ensure ASC’s Utilized
  11. New Offices - Identify Insurances/Setting Up Offices/Train/Hire Staff

  12. Monitoring Patient Visit Count Trends
    a. Patient Numbers
    b. Sales
  13. Ensure MIPS Quality measures are being met / proper training and follow through
  14. Monthly Office Visits
    a. Travel Schedule / Regional schedule must be sent to upper management in
    Calendar invite every month.
    b. (Identifies and fixes any issues found in timely manner)
    c. Monthly Inventory and site check list
    d. Review and Approve Supply Levels

  15. Holding Physical Monthly & Staff Meetings all locations
    a. Agenda + sign in sheets
    b. Quality of patient care.
    c. Ensure every staff member is knowledgeable of medical and cosmetic
    procedures. Handle appropriately.
    d. Quality of calls.
    e. Monitoring Staffing Levels

    Quality of care given to patients.

    Resolve any issues patient or staff related.

    a. Reviewing the patient satisfaction surveys/reviews on Nextpatient, Google.

10. ASC

a. Ensure that the ASC’s are properly being utilized and billed. This is also on
managers duties
b. Travel to sites / Verify centers are operating correctly (During monthly check)
c. Documentation is correct per guidelines (verify this on share drive/drop box)
d. Effectively manage ASC staff and maintain all logs and records for next
inspection date
a. Assist in inspection preparations and the survey process
b. 3 years for 9 ASC’s – Unless complaint received or other issues.
c. Annual State Health renewal for 1 ASC – Centennial

a. Scout new locations
b. Find all insurance panels that we could get credentialed with

Salary of $70,000 annum with a potential bonus up to $15,000 per year
