Regional Manager Key Responsibilities Detail - Monitoring Patient Visit Count Trends
a. Patient Numbers
b. Sales - Ensure MIPS Quality measures are being met / proper training and follow through
- Monthly Office Visits
a. Travel Schedule / Regional schedule must be sent to upper management in
Calendar invite every month.
b. (Identifies and fixes any issues found in timely manner)

c. Documentation is correct per guidelines (verify this on share drive/drop box)
d. Effectively manage ASC staff and maintain all logs and records for next
inspection date
a. Assist in inspection preparations and the survey process
b. 3 years for 9 ASC’s – Unless complaint received or other issues.
c. Annual State Health renewal for 1 ASC – Centennial
