Change/Service Design Expertise and Leadership Lead the design phase for improvement projects, developing innovative service models that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Coach staff through the design process to ensure practical solutions that align with organisational priorities. Tailor solutions using behavioural science and human-centred design principles.
Collaborate to create design briefs that define resources and goals, and develop personas and journey maps. Address health inequalities by embedding co-production and considering diverse needs. Analyse systems for improvement opportunities and present complex information with empathy. Impact of Change Lead evaluation strategies to assess impacts of changes on patients, staff, and stakeholders.
Develop team skills in impact measurement and communicate outcomes effectively to stakeholders. Integrate feedback from past initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Change Engagement Implement a comprehensive change management framework across improvement initiatives. Enhance team skills in change management through coaching and training.
Improve communication and engagement, ensuring employee feedback is integrated and motivations for change are understood
