Design Department and Project Lead

Winterhalter is seeking a ‘Design Department and Project Lead’ to join our sales support team; striving to deliver a ‘Best in Class’ service to our valued customers.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist the BDMs in obtaining sales by providing timely quotations and accurate drawings.
• Once the sale has been confirmed and in collaboration with the Associate Project Coordinator, progression of project(s) by obtaining production drawings, gaining approval and ordering products. Following through with organizing installations, Risk and Methods Statements, Hot works permits and welder if required. Contact with sites to arrange programs of works and any other information required for the project.
• Handle the income of all quotations and tender documents from Design Consultants and Kitchen House Distributors.
• Handle the day to day enquires of Conveyor Dishwashers and other products.
• Provide service drawings and other drawings for Classeq and Winterhalter.
• Assist Winterhalter AUS and Winterhalter SA with CAD enquiries and drawings.

EDUCATION/SKILLS:

Essential

• GCSEs
• Higher Education
• AutoCAD 2D
• CAD Experience/Qualification

Desirable

• Manage different scales of projects from quotation to installation and aftercare.
• Produce accurate drawings and service drawings when required.
• Provide up to date and complete quotations and tenders.
