We are looking for highly dynamic and qualified individuals who are hands-on with a keen interest in the Interior Design Industry.
Successful candidate/s shall manage and expand existing customer accounts, strategize, and develop new business channels, enhance customer experience and address customers’ needs.

• Creating design briefs based on the client’s requirements and vision.
• Ensuring that the design meets clients’ specifications, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team.
• Ensuring that projects are completed within time, scope and budget and in accordance with stakeholders’ expectations.
• Managing client relationships and serving as a liaison between designers, inter-department, vendors and clients
• Providing feedback on design ideas to improve upon or identifying potential problems that could be resolved in advance.
• Establishing and maintaining design standards of the company.
• Reviewing design for accuracy and appropriateness, identifying problems with them, and suggesting changes and implement solutions
• Deciding on the layout for publications or product designs and choosing visuals like photographs, artwork, graphics and designs
• Report the progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
• Participate in and provide regular opportunities for professional development and growth to team
• Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment
• Nurturing a work environment that is conducive to creative thinking.
