JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Preparation and drafting of Alum and Steel works/ Technical drawings for projects, tender submissions, etc.
- Space planning, conceptual design development and detailing
- Produce detail drawings and specifications for construction independently
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors
- Ensure designs/drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements, and good engineering practices.
- Able to do Qty take off and Cutting list
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in drafting of Alum and Steel works/Technical drawings in architectural, construction related industries.
- Must have at least 3 years experience / knowledge of REVIT
- Competent in AutoCAD & good knowledge in SolidWorks (3D)
