JOB DESCRIPTION

As a design draftsperson, you will be involved with drawing solutions for new and existing products. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of systems, including interior cabinetry, exterior construction, chassis integration, plumbing and waterline systems, heating, and cooling system integrations. As a member of the Design Team, your professional expertise will ensure design changes are controlled and conveyed in an orderly manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Legal right to work in Canada.
• Proficiency in Solidworks software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively with people and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accurate measurement skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant design experience.
• Experience in manufacturing is advantageous.
• CAD program training or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and purpose to deliver the best results for Triple E RV.

• Create and revise engineering designs and drawings to meet requirements
• Verify and review component documents, shop floor SOPs, and other documents as needed to ensure designs are within manufacturing abilities
• Provide support to Production, Quality Assurance, Customer Service Support, Research and Development, and other departments as required
• Shop Floor involvement to ensure the various assemblies and systems are manufactured and installed according to drawing specifications
