Job Purpose
As a Design Engineer you will join Manifolds & Structures department to be responsible for execution of engineering projects within Flow Control products.

You will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the design of Connections products in Flow Control product family - Termination Heads, Caps which includes:
  • Defining products related requirements
  • Creating 3d models and drawings of single components and assemblies
  • Defining tolerances per ISO GPS
  • Checking interfaces including tolerance stuck-up studies
  • Creating production and service documentation
  • Performing Design Reviews
  • Responsible for tasks assigned budget and schedule
  • Cooperating with multifunctional departments in Krakow and Norway

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s Degree vs. Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Design or other related field
  • 3 years of experience in Product Design & Development
  • Good communication skills, capable of solving technical issues.
  • Experience in CAD software (NX preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience in using ISO GPS (Geometrical Products Specifications)
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter is an asset.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in Design for Excellence (Manufacturing, Assembly, Cost etc.) is an asset.
