EXPLEO GROUP USA is looking for Aerospace Design Engineers with Metallic/Composite, Fuselage, Structure experience to join a dynamic and expanding team ON-SITE in Tulsa, OK.

Salary: based on experience
Relocation bonus: $ 5000 from Expleo, and $ 5000 match from InTulsa (need to show proof of living in Tulsa, rent for 1 year or more)
Retention bonus: $ 2500 after 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Creates project specific deliverables including feasibility studies, integration plans, clash investigation and resolution, and creation of production documents
- Create Catia models and designs based on manufacturing and/or design requirements
- Interfaces as needed with stress engineers, manufacturing engineers, suppliers, and technical management personnel to assure manufacturability of designs
- Resolves technical problems by all possible means including conferring with specialists that would critically affect performance, cost, or schedule
- Provides technical input to engineering project teams
- Provides input to engineering processes and suggest modifications regarding the design and development of aircraft fuselage structure and components
- Prepares engineering models and documents that meet compliance with engineering principles, regulatory requirements, company standards and customer contract requirements and apply those requirements
- Ensures that the design can be certified and all the necessary data for test and certification is produced
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree required
- Minimum 6 years of experience within the aviation industry
- Catia Modeling experience is essential
- Must have strong capability in MS Office Products and ability to learn new tool sets as required
- Must be familiar with the design of aircraft fuselage structure and understand their associated certification and qualification requirements
- Must have the ability to be self-directed and work in diverse teams as required
- Must have the ability to write reports, specifications, work statements, requirements and other technical documents and be able to present information and answer questions related to produced documentation
