Job Purpose
We are looking for a Design Engineer who can join our multicultural team in Lisbon, Portugal, to provide engineering solutions as part of our design team inside the Flexibles pipes and Umbilical product line, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Deliver technical engineering analysis required to ensure the flexible pipe and equipment suitability for client needs.
  • Writes and issues technical specifications and reports related to the product design or operations.
  • Technical support to manufacturing and after sales.
  • Engage with clients, subcontractors, manufacturing units, and other product engineering teams to ensure the successful project deployment.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Materials, Naval, Aerospace)
  • Strong basic knowledge in engineering (material mechanical properties, material fatigue, failure modes, etc)
  • Show evidence of good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Service/Customer oriented
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and project culture
  • Good command of English
