Description:
JASARA PMC is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Design Landscape Manager to join our team. As a leading joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA is committed to crafting exceptional social infrastructure projects that align with the Vision 2030 objectives in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead landscape design initiatives, ensuring that all projects meet aesthetic standards while also adhering to sustainability principles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in landscape design and project management, including leadership roles.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of landscape construction techniques, plant materials, and ecological design principles.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- Experience in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to sustainable design practices and knowledge of green building certifications.
- Professional licensure or certification in Landscape Architecture is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in creating comprehensive landscape design solutions for a variety of projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs into broader project frameworks.
- Oversee the preparation of design documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports, adhering to industry standards.
- Conduct site assessments and analyses to inform design decisions, considering environmental and ecological factors.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, addressing feedback and revisions as necessary.
- Ensure all landscape designs comply with relevant regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.
- Review and approve design submissions and ensure quality control throughout the design process.
- Mentor junior landscape designers, fostering their professional growth and involvement in projects.
