JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Visual Design Lead with a keen sense of aesthetics and a strong understanding of UI design, graphic design, and identity design. In this role, you will play a key part in elevating and driving distinctive and consistent UI designs for key brands across the globe. You will be part of a cross-functional design team and focus on creating strong visual digital experiences, while ensuring each brand maintains its unique design expression.
Your responsibilities include unifying and systematizing the visual identity for each brand to be implemented across global products and digital touchpoints, improving recognition and user experience. You will collaborate with global designers and work closely with the Marketing team to develop, maintain, and implement the visual brand identity consistently across all platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A portfolio showcasing strong UI design, graphic design, and identity design experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience as a Visual/Graphic Designer, ideally from a creative agency or in-house team.
• Experience managing and influencing stakeholders across large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles and how visual design affects user experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Fluency in graphic design, motion, typography, photography, and illustration.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Produce sketches, storyboards, and prototypes to guide the development of product experiences.
• Collaborate on concepts for visuals in various media: illustration, photography, video, animation, etc.
• Contribute to the internal design system.
