- Manage the design team’s budget, tracking expenditure and producing reporting for senior management.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers and oversee all aspects from initial procurement, supplier on-boarding and invoicing
- Co-ordinate the on-boarding process for new design team members
- Identify and support learning and development opportunities for the design team
- Organise training sessions, workshops, and other professional development activities
- Collaborate with Design Leads to create career development plans and pathways for team members.

- Prior experience as a Resource Manager/Business Manager or similar role; ideally in a design or digital capacity
- Experience of working to an agile framework; coupled with project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- You don’t need to have a banking background but experience of working in a large matrix environment, ideally with Global exposure but would be highly desirable
- Excellent relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing new processes and best practices.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
This role is based in Leeds or London.
