POSITION: DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

The Design & Project Management Assistant is a detail-oriented person who is passionate about home design and improvements and wants to support the incredible transformations we create for clients as we prepare their homes for sale and support their experience throughout the process. Your super power is administrative organization to support the dynamic, fast-moving process of preparing homes for the market.

Responsibilities:

You are critical to supporting the execution of the Design Managers’ vision for a client’s home as it is prepared to be listed on the market.

Primary Role

  • Assist in administrative responsibilities for the Design and Project Management Team
  • Assist in developing a project calendar
  • Assist with client communication

Administrative Coordination

  • Set up of applications (Quickbooks, Programa, Google, App, etc)
  • Material management - ordering, receiving and labeling
  • Property documentation: project scope plan, budget formatting
  • Correspondence organization and client communication
  • Invoicing

Project Management

  • Assist with scheduling of trades
  • Assisting with inspections and coordination of trades with the Design and Project Manager

Other Design & Listing Management

  • Assist in scheduling of staging crew
  • Book photographer & home inspector
  • Schedule removal of staging
  • Coordinate closing prep

Location: 1945 Queen Street East
Time Commitment: Full-time Monday - Friday – with some after-hours availability depending on seasonality.
