The Opportunity:

In this role you will:

  • Manage the successful delivery of the design packages and ensure that the business benefit is delivered
  • Coordinate with project partners to ensure the delivery is within scope, on time, using agreed resources and is to a high quality
  • Lead a team of design members, ensuring that the requirements of all project stages are delivered in accordance with the Capital Project Delivery Process
  • Develop robust reporting to ensure timely decision-making
  • Own the design change register, identifying & reviewing any changes and obtaining the required authorization for changes in scope
  • Ensure design documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately at all stages
  • Seek new areas for improvement through active reviews of the design packages, communicating good practices and lessons learned

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, with an additional Master’s degree in engineering management, technical management or business administration a distinct advantage
  • Written and spoken English fluency is essential
  • Have a Project Management qualification or are on the path to complete it. We can help!
  • Have experience in engineering and/or project management, with the capability to manage large-scale projects
