JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Design Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our in-house Design team in Wellington. This is a permanent part-time role, offering 20 hours per week as part of a job-sharing arrangement with another Coordinator. The hours and days are flexible and can be discussed with the right candidate.
Reporting to the Business Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in administering the project information and communication management systems for our internal Design Practice. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that all documentation across the Design team, including the wider Development and Construction team, is exceptionally organized, consistent, and compliant with our standards.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Administer project information management systems and ensure accurate document control.
  • Track, manage, and upload documentation within the document management system, ensuring all approvals and communication are up to date.
  • Perform quality and compliance checks on documentation, adhering to project protocols.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to distribute project-related information and provide updates.
  • Offer clear direction, advice, and training on the document control process to the Design team and other key stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:
