THE ROLE

As our Design Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead the QA process for all design projects, ensuring high standards across the board. You’ll collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to refine the creative work and guide the team toward flawless execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Experience: Ensure that every design project is visually stunning and exceeds client expectations, leaving a positive lasting impression.
• Customer Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance design outcomes, encouraging clients to stick with us longer and upgrade their services.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee and refine the QA process for all design projects, ensuring that every deliverable aligns with client goals and internal standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the design team on QA best practices, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all projects.
• Design Review: Perform detailed design reviews, checking for issues in aesthetics, usability, and functionality. Work closely with the team to make corrections.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure smooth workflows, adherence to deadlines, and successful project delivery.
