Description:

Responsibilities:

Sales: should have a strong passion for the selling process and be skilled at driving sales. Your primary responsibility will be helping customers find products that meet their specific needs. You will play a crucial role in achieving the company’s sales targets. As an expert on Umbra products, you will also share the brand’s story and the inspiration behind each design.
Customer Service: You will exemplify the company’s vision and core values through the provision of exceptional customer care. As a Brand Ambassador, it will be your responsibility to demonstrate a positive, friendly, honest, respectful, and professional demeanor. Your objective is to provide outstanding customer service, thereby fostering brand loyalty, encouraging purchases, and promoting repeat visits.
Store Operations: Perform various responsibilities including receiving and merchandising, which may involve lifting heavy boxes. Ensure enhanced customer service by following up with customers on their orders and inspecting the hold room. You will maintain a clean and organized store by adhering to our brand guidelines. This includes cleaning the store interior, washrooms, windows, and patio.
