REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Talent Scout or Recruiter in the design industry.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles and the ability to assess design portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top design talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications or design industry memberships are a plus.
  • Experience in the digital or creative industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively search for and identify top design talent through various channels including online platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Screen and assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit through interviews and portfolio evaluations.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and personalized communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gather in-depth requirements for each position and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to track and manage candidate data.
  • Stay up-to-date with design industry trends and developments to ensure a deep understanding of the talent landscape.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of design professionals and industry contacts.
