  • A natural communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • The ability to enter a crawlspace under a home.
  • To be comfortable and confident with a 100% commission-based salary after training is complete.
  • A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Passionate about sales and eager to make a meaningful impact.
  • Previous experience in sales, real estate, or construction is preferred but not required – we welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds
