RÔLE
En tant que Designer de Marque/UI chez Sid Lee, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la création d’identités visuelles qui résonnent à travers tous les points de contact, allant de l’impression aux interfaces numériques. Sous la direction d’un Directeur Créatif, vous apporterez votre passion pour la typographie, l’artisanat et la pensée créative à une variété de projets de design. Nous recherchons une perle rare avec un solide bagage en branding, capable d’appliquer ses compétences à la conception web et UI.
Vous collaborerez étroitement avec des graphistes, des concepteurs UX, des rédacteurs et des directeurs artistiques pour garantir des exécutions cohérentes, innovantes et de haute qualité. Que ce soit pour créer une marque à partir de zéro, concevoir des emballages ou traduire une identité visuelle en plateformes numériques, vous maintiendrez l’intégrité du design et vous alignerez avec la vision de la marque. Vous contribuerez également à la création et à l’évolution de systèmes de design pour des produits web et numériques, assurant que la direction artistique se matérialise sur toutes les interfaces numériques.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a creative agency or design studio.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience developing and evolving visual identities across both print and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of typography and its application across various media, including digital and print.
  • Knowledge of interface prototyping, wireframes, and design systems.
  • Ability to think across different mediums: 2D, 3D, motion, etc.
  • Experience collaborating with developers to ensure the successful implementation of UI designs.
  • Familiarity with After Effects is an asset.
  • A passion for staying current with design trends in both branding and UI.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French is required. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to work with national and international clients and colleagues (50% of the time) is also required.

Responsibilities:

ROLE

As a Brand/UI Designer at Sid Lee, you’ll play a key role in shaping visual identities that resonate across all touchpoints, from print to digital interfaces. Working under the guidance of a Creative Director, you’ll bring your love for typography, craft, and creative thinking to a variety of design projects. We are looking for a gem with a strong branding background who also has the versatility to apply their skills to web and UI design.
You’ll collaborate closely with graphic designers, UX designers, copywriters, and art directors to ensure cohesive, innovative, and high-quality executions. Whether it’s building a brand from the ground up, designing packaging, or translating a visual identity to digital platforms, you’ll maintain design integrity and align with the brand vision. You’ll also contribute to the creation and evolution of design systems for web and digital products, ensuring that the art direction comes to life across all digital interfaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop innovative brand identities for a wide range of clients while also applying design expertise to digital products and interfaces.
  • Create cohesive UIs and digital mock-ups based on established user journeys, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and account teams to deliver brand-aligned solutions across print, digital, and experiential platforms.
  • Develop and evolve design systems that guide the visual language across digital interfaces, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Participate in all stages of the design process, from research and concept development to execution and final delivery.
  • Work closely with developers and UX designers to bring digital designs to life, ensuring smooth implementation of UI elements.
  • Provide creative direction for a variety of media (photography, animation, social content, etc.) in collaboration with senior creative leadership.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, both in branding and UI, and bring innovative thinking to all projects.
  • Present creative ideas and solutions clearly and compellingly to peers, senior leaders, and clients.
  • Maintain Sid Lee’s creative vision and contribute to the evolution of the Sid Lee product through your work.
