REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent organisational skills, including prioritisation and time management.
  • Experience of working directly with clients and presenting visual concepts to them.
  • Has some Project Management experience
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and calmness under pressure, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, professional team environment.
  • Experience using workflow management tools and tracking progress.
  • Are proactive, not reactive.
  • Experience working in creative studios on digital, animation, print and OOH assets.
  • A strong creative portfolio which proves your experience in creative expansion, visualisation, artworking and production.
  • Advanced Mac OS skills and in key Adobe CC software: InDesign, After Effects and Photoshop are mandatory.
  • Strong layout and typography skills.
  • A good understanding of print production and colour management.
  • A good understanding of digital assets and video production.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft packages: (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive briefs from clients, interrogating them for completeness and consulting with our client on intended usage to ensure final deliverables and deadlines are clearly defined.
  • Manage multiple jobs and projects at any one time, across all disciplines, at different stages and with different requirements.
  • Demonstrate and champion a clear understanding of our client’s brand, delivering a consistently high quality of work.
  • Expand on a variety of creative asset formats, such as print, digital, social and moving image, and follow through to producing artwork which adheres to guidelines and specs for various media.
  • Localise master artworks from our client into multiple market languages.
  • Transcreate assets for premium bespoke spaces such as DOOH and OOH.
  • Professionally present concepts as in-situ mock-ups to our client’s Centre of Excellence for approval.
  • Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic client expectations and proactively chase and interrogate delays.
  • Manage your time and workload and that of the Junior Designer, trafficking work as needed and reviewing their work to ensure consistent quality, as well as providing mentorship and supporting their professional growth.
  • Effectively reprioritise workload if new requests require, being proactive in resolving any issues that arise and escalating as appropriate for support.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the studio team, the client and the wider Hogarth team.
  • Manage work using relevant Hogarth technologies and adhere to agreed processes, ensuring that best practice is applied at all times.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders, ensuring they are always kept up to date with the status of projects and attending and inputting to meetings in relation to account relationships, team collaboration, workflow, workload management and issue resolution
