Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Deskside Support Engineer who is responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for hardware, software, and networking issues across multiple locations.
This role involves troubleshooting, installing, and repairing IT equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of systems. The IT Field Support Engineer acts as a liaison between the IT department and end-users, delivering hands-on solutions to technical problems. The location could be retail shops and office locations.

On-Site Technical Support:

  • First line Helpdesk & Onsite support
  • Desktop management & User Administration.
  • Hands free support for local Infrastructure service operations (Server, Printing, LAN, switches, routers, MUX etc.)
  • Ensure high quality and availability IT infrastructure Support services within your location.
  • Improve and develop the IT infrastructure Support services jointly with the IT Community.
  • Management of local site IT activities.

The main responsibility and priority are to ensure ongoing direct IT support for the main location. Support tasks for other locations should under normal circumstances be treated as secondary responsibility.
