THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deskside Support Technician (d/f/m) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of audiovisual (AV) equipment and systems for a variety of events and installations. This role requires technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for AV technology.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of relevant AV & IT Support experience
  • Practitioner level knowledge in SCCM 2012 and O365
  • Proficient in command languages for remotely installing and managing the applications
  • Basic Network skills (Rack and stack network devices, take power readings, Network Cable Testing, Hardware reboots, participate in power shut down/maintenance activity)
  • Fluent in German and English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
  • Experience in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools
  • Flexible in travelling to other customer sites for business needs
