Deskside Support Technician (d/f/m)
Location: Schwabenheim an der Selz, Germany
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Looking for a Deskside Support Technician (d/f/m) with Experience on End User Computing, Field Services with Good customer handling and German and English communication skills.
YOUR QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field
- Good customer handling and communication skills,
- Stong knowledge on tools like Ticket handlng tools, MS office applications, SCCM
- Fair Knowledge about Networking like Switches, routers and firewalls
- Good knowledge about Nexthink
- Basic knowledge about Automation
- Ready to give innovative Ideas to improve services.
- Fluency in German and English languages.
- Travel to different customer sites within Germany when needed.
