We are looking for a Desktop Engineer II with a knack for solving complex IT issues, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems. Adept at providing top-tier technical support, implementing effective troubleshooting methods, and optimizing end-user experience across diverse environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• General support of end-user computing for hardware, networking, printing, application, OS and boardroom equipment.
• Set up and preparation of hardware for distribution to users.Achieve expected SLA, quality requirements and KPIs to support client contract objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with all levels of an organisation from CEO down.
• Effective time and call management to support contractual objectives.
• Ensure effective resolution of calls within agreed timelines at expected service quality.
• Timeous escalation to ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
• Frequent and appropriate communication with users’ resolution progress of incidents and requests.
• Own the IT space and be the “IT Manager” for the client.
