Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide VIP support and Level 1 and 2 technical assistance.
  • Deliver on-site and remote support for both hardware and software, including depot and inventory management, and task tracking via ServiceNow.
  • Offer rapid response and advanced troubleshooting for trade-floor activities, ensuring support for desktops, VDI, and a wide range of technical issues, including phones (Cisco, iPhone, Android), networking, and remote access.
  • Support market applications such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and manage Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Exchange including tasks related to user accounts, permissions, access, distribution lists, and shared folder creation.Configure and support meeting rooms, including VIP support for daily conferences, large meetings, and town halls.
