THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical support across our firm, for 200+ users in Melbourne and 35 offshore. This role will see you combine hands-on technical expertise with strong customer service skills.
Upcoming projects include moving users to Windows 11. You will join a dynamic and forward-thinking business who invest in our people and place a high value on technology, security and automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing L2 technical support through our ticketing system
  • Managing and supporting Microsoft Intune device/mobile environments
  • Supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure
  • Creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation
  • Packaging and deployment of applications
  • Providing M365 and audio-visual support
  • Collaborating with our offshore team on AVD-related issues
