Position : IT Desktop Support Analyst
Location : Des Moines, IA - onsite

Are you an IT professional passionate about maintaining and enhancing a top-notch technological workspace? We’re looking for a dynamic Desktop Support Analyst!
This permanent position calls for a tech-savvy expert ready to dive into everything from the newer Cisco IP Phone system to our SharePoint website. You’ll support the help desk system and offer seamless remote access via ConnectWyse Automate. And support many other devices and functions. You will not be required to have experience with all, but a solid foundation and a proven track record of learning new technologies quickly and offering excellent technical support.

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years desktop support, software and hardware support and troubleshooting
Experience with a help desk ticketing system and ideally tier 1 thru tier 3 support experience
Familiarity with remote access tools.
Proven experience with printers, Audio/Video systems, faxing and other
Excellent communication, drive, and customer service

- Proven experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar
- Familiarity with Active Directory and other Microsoft technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Adept at explaining technical issues to non-technical users
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act in the company’s best interest
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and practices
- Relevant certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Windows 10 would be advantageous
- Availability for on-call and after-hours support as needed
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
- Strong customer service orientation.
