We are recruiting across a wide variety of roles for new and existing programmes with our clients in the Aerospace, Defence and Security sectors. This is your chance to be an important part of our successful 2nd line team and use the latest technologies, to deliver an interconnected on-premises technology solution.
1st line engineers keen to move up the ladder, OR, looking to restart your IT career after a career break , OR, leaving the military at some point, join us now on a very ambitious and fast paced site.
These roles require the successful applicants to undergo advanced UK security vetting clearance (or a willingness to apply).
Office based on site in Gloucester. There is an on call rota, 1 week in 6, 24x7.

CCA-V / CCA-P.

  • Experience supporting & upgrading Windows 10 Operating Systems.
  • Experience supporting App-V packages and Full App-V Infrastructure’
  • Software packaging and deployment experience.
  • Experience with MS MECM.
  • UE-V Administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical support of a Windows desktop solution, including fixing and problem/defect root cause analysis.
  • Management of virtual desktop infrastructures hosted within Citrix XenDesktop.
  • Test and Release Windows desktop security patches.
  • Creation and maintenance of Windows desktop automated builds (MDT & SCCM).
  • Maintenance of AD Group Policies.
  • Handle customer problems promptly.
  • Take part in a 24 x 7 call-out rota and working some evenings and weekends if necessary.
