Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Desktop Support Engineer
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to support multiple film and TV productions in Europe, as part of Apple TV+ IS&T.
Resources will be providing onsite and remote technical support, deployment of hardware, software, and services for (internal) production crew.
Location: London Hayes office (HAY02).

Mandatory Skills:

  • Jamf support
  • Hardware configuration\Distribution\Provisioning
  • Warehouse\Asset management
  • Familiar with iOS & MacOS X
  • Familiar with Oomnitza tool
