Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our employees in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software
  • Provide technical support for printers, scanners, and other peripherals
  • Ensure all technology equipment is maintained and updated
  • Collaborate with IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements
  • Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role
  • Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) is a plus
