JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a company specialized in steel construction for lighting pole and are looking for an experienced Despatch Supervisor to oversee and assist with the container loading process. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in this field, with a strong understanding of logistical requirements and safety procedures related to the transportation of steel materials. Please note that this role will involve working on-site.

• Supervise and coordinate the container loading operations, ensuring that goods are correctly positioned and secured.
• Ensure the proper organization of the loading site, adhering to container departure schedules.
• Assist the handling team with preparation and loading tasks for the materials.
• Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet compliance standards before shipping.
• Work closely with production and transport teams to ensure a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations specific to the steel construction industry.
