Dessert Shop Service Crew/Kitchen Helper (FT/PT)

Job Description

• Provide service to customers in accordance with service standards and guidelines
• Receive and perform in-store and delivery orders
• Cooking and preparation of food and drinks items for sale
• Monitor and maintain food quality and safety in compliance with the Company’s safety and risk management policies and procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene, clean workstations and equipment following all Company’s rules and procedures.
• Store opening and closing duties

• Greet customers in English and MandarinOther ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

• Cooperative and helpful with other team members
• Excellent and positive service attitude
• Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6 days per week, on rotating shifts.
• Independent and able to multi-task
• Food handling experience will be an added advantage
• Able to commence work in short notice will be an added advantage
