Gaining hands-on experience as a Security Guard with GardaWorld can help you to develop the skills needed to build your resume for your career in policing and other areas of law enforcement.
We’re growing our ranks in Moncton! And we want to invest in you! We have a structured Security Guard training program that would have you licensed in 70 hours of training.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME A SECURITY GUARD FOR THE RCMP DETACHMENT

• Available to work flexible hours (days, evenings, nights, weekdays, weekends)
• Policing or corrections background or 3+ years as a high-profile security officer
• First Aid CPR Level C (issued by Red Cross, St John Ambulance, Heart and Stroke)
• Permanent Canadian resident for a minimum of 5 years.
• Have a clear criminal background
• Ability to obtain and maintain Federal Reliability Security Clearance status
• Be eligible to work in Canada
• Bilingual is an asset (as needed per location)
