WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with Python, Java, C#, or Golang for adapter development
Leadership : Ability to inspire and guide a team toward common goals
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-Solving : Adept at analyzing complex issues and finding practical solutions.
Collaboration : Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with Amazon Redshift.

The Team
We’re responsible for creating and enhancing our native cloud distribution offerings, which serves as a critical bridge between our data platform and native clouds like GCP and AWS. We value creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence. Our team’s unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen sets us apart.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:

Architect and Design : Lead the design and architecture of the Redshift Adapter, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Development and Testing : Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of adapter features and enhancements.
Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to align the adapter’s roadmap with business goals.
Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to team members.
